Moderately hazy, with a strong opacity and medium-sized white head atop showing moderate retention.
Dry, rather "bitter" hop notes in the nose boast all sorts of citrus rind while malts are bare and crackery. Some light dough, no alcohol.
Very dry in the mouth with plentiful citrus bitterness, little/no juiciness and a texture quite lacking in malt body. Carbonation is tight/engaging and after it warms up some, it gains a bit more body, but for all of the heavy, bitter, sharp, near-astringent citrus character, this needs a lot more malt depth than it has.
