From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is medium dry, estery and slight fruity. Dry, slight citrusy. Crisp hoppy. Medium dry and slight estery to phenolic finish.

Draught at the brewery, 4/15/17.
Clear, perhaps a gentle haze and a small, off-white head topping a brassy-gold with a very light copper tint.
Smells leafy-green with somewhat indistinct hop notes. Certainly wouldn’t guess Galaxy but it’s pretty integrated with the malt and the yeast obscures it adding plentiful light yellow fruits (nectarine, apple skin) and also adding light peppery phenols behind it. Seemingly well-attenuated malts add biscuit, vanilla, white bread and also just a hint of light caramel. Smells soft, lightly mineral-laden and well-lagered without any heat or obnoxious esters/phenols (no clove or banana/bubble gum, whatsoever).
Dry but still with enough supple maltiness to soften things. Vegetal hops add almost an herbal character. So light as to almost be unidentifiable. I assume they just wanted the light wine character from the Galaxy and nothing else though I don’t know that I get any of that. Light citrus and a hint of tangerine mix with plentiful honey, white bread and light biscuit. Soft esters and phenols are, to reiterate, well-lagered and nothing obnoxious joins the mix. Just an afterthought of light warmth with low but fairly engaging carbonation and no flaw. Very nice and drinkable.
