Hazy mahogany with some ruddy hues. Dark beige to tan head atop shows average retention.
Peanuts in the nose are joined by vanilla, buttercream, cacao nibs and moderate caramel. Quite low on the roast with no alcohol or flaw.
Wow that’s a lot of peanut! It tastes like ground up salty peanuts but doesnt have the creamier richness of what I associate with peanut butter. Cocoa, vanilla and lots of dry caramel and bread with light acidity on the end and low, fairly engaging carbonation. Medium body, lightly sweet at times with a slick texture.
