This beer is a slightly hazy straw-gold color with a medium thin frothy white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of funky yeast, citrus, apple and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of brett yeast, green apple, citrus and doughy malt. The finish is tart and funky with an apple and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

375mL bottled 9/15/16, drunk 12/21/16.
Large white head quickly fades to a ring atop a minimally hazy, light blonde body.
The nose smells off right from the start. There’s a touch of lively, bright brett that is quickly and permanently blotted out by a hint of baby diaper and vegetable. Not much to be discerned once the infected notes hit...
The flavor is equally rather vegetal with only mild baby diaper hints. The lemon and lime from the brett mixed with light pepper phenols are drowned out and the beer quickly must go down the drain...too bad.
