I Predict A Riot American Pale Lager presents a slightly hazy, deep golden hue. An inviting nose leads with citrus, slight floral aromas, stone fruit, and honeysuckle. Soft bitterness, light earthy malt, mild citrus flesh, and a subtle honey richness rounds out a well-balanced palate. We love this beer and hope you do too!

Draught at 5th Anniversary party, 3/18/18.
Lightly hazy, brass-gold-maize. Large white head slowly fades to cover.
Nose is nicely juicy, with tons of yellow fruit, lots of cracker, light nectarine-pine and little/no yeast character (light mineral). Very low on any scallion/vegetal Mosaic character and showing little/no resin, as well.
In the mouth it's lightly juicy (nectarine, pear, apple) with hints of bitter pine adding balance to the soft, lightly sweet malt. Dries out considerably on the finish, as the base version does, with a ton of cracker and overly dry biscuit. Carbonation is engaging, though very strong initially. No alcohol, flaw or resin. Nice and aromatic, again mirroring the strengths of the base version. Mosaic adds a different aroma profile, though I don't think it really improves upon anything (yet nor does it detract).

Pours bright gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Mango, papaya and pineapple aromas. Dry with pineapple and biscuit front to back and into the mild earthy finish.
