Draught at the brewery, 3/9/18.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, peachy-golden with a light amber hue. White head atop is small, but shows moderate retention.
Big peach juice, papaya and tangerine in the nose is accompanied by rich honey from the malt and big bursts of grapefruit and orange acidity to balance.
Soft and juicy, very malty, in the mouth with engaging carbonation and pretty good attenuation. They definitely are on to the NE IPA with this one and have achieved the orange-pineapple-mango-papaya character very nicely while also providing plentiful citrus-like bitterness for balance. It gets just a bit twangy and a touch too sweet, by the end of the glass, but still has a soft, juicy character and great flavors. By far my favorite beer of theirs during my visit.
