Bright cherry-red, mostly clear with a rapidly-fizzling ring of bubbles atop.
Soft, lightly salty with tons of cherry pit, cherry pulp and light seed and skin-like pepper. Spicy and yet well-attenuated with soft, lightly cerealic-like wheat notes behind it and very low acidity from lactic acid. No alcohol or flaw.
In the m outh it's round and full on the texture with a dry body and light wateriness to style which contributes to the drinkability. Meaty cherry pit and juice, though dry and only very lightly tart. Salinity is very low. More of a soft, gentle, fruit beer. Not really getting much gose qualities, but it's still very enjoyable, lightly tart, dry and refreshing. Clean and no alcohol.

Tap @So Good (Rome). Hazy yellowish color, super tick and creamy foam. Nose: lactose is upfront, spicy and softly grassy in a way. Mouth: medium-low carbonation, refreshing and a bit citric, hidden tartness.
