Cloudy, soft plum flesh-colored body topped by a white head that fades steadily to a ring.
Tart and lactic in the nose with very light fruit acidity. Kettle sour-esque but still nice with no punchy/dominant lactic acidity. Light white bread-like malts behind it, with well-integrated plum characteristics. No alcohol or flaw.
Sweet but drying through the middle with plum sugars, minor skin-like acidity/astringency and low but tight carbonation. Not sour and barely even tart with very low appearance on the lactic character in the flavor. Quite impressive there. Plums actually do a ton of work and probably contribute more to the aroma than I realized. Fuzzy, soft and a great overall balance. No hop character, no alcohol, nothing weird or off. Plum juice is so nicely integrated here.
