Moderately hazy, light, peachy-gold. Big, off-white head shows strong retention.
Kinda grainy, mashy, heavy cereal character up front, in the nose with light mango and cascade-like citrus behind it. Not super aromatic or particularly hoppy, but clean with no resin or alcohol. Could it be a touch of diacetyl I'm seeing in the nose?
Nope, doesn't seem to indicate that from the flavor, as it's juicy citrus and tropical fruit with light petrol or coffee?? Must be the draft line, I guess. It's still quite good, though somewhat weird. But mostly good. Spice, floral, wood all persist. Tight carbonation and a malty, dry texture, yet enough supple malt.
