Lightly-to-minimally hazy, bright bronze-golden. Medium-sized white head slowly recedes to cover.
Mineral and sulfur show both yeast and hop as passion fruit and guava notes slowly but steadily emerge, showcasing the hop more clearly. Great strength of aroma, especially for its size, with no resin, alcohol or flaw. Malts in the background are fairly sparse, showing basic biscuit/cracker qualities.
In mouth it's light, very dry and shows a soft, malty texture. Lemon-lime and lots of passion fruit with rustic, funky, sulfur-rich notes from the hop. Crisp, grainy with snappy pineapple-lemon, bright and only lightly bitter on the finish. Excellent stuff and a wonderful expression of this hop.
