Our previous excursions into fermenting blueberries and using delicate mint additions in sour beers have come together in this expressive fruit forward gose. The light cooling sensations at the front of the palate brought about by mint counterbalance the blueberry kick to the tart base beer for a refreshing and engaging drinking experience.

Bottle drunk 10/27/17.
Pours a lightly hazy, drab, lime-green-golden body with a small, off-white head showing low retention.
A bit of light berry, just a hint of fruit and acid, mixes with very minimal mint (not even sure I pick it out), light honey, mineral and a bit of light lactic acidity. As usual, something seems to be off on the bottle and it's severely dull in the nose.
Soft, slick, supple texture seems to signify quite a bit of wheat, as the beer is very dry otherwise. A bit of lighthearted mint spice mixes with light fruit acidity and emerging salt and lactic acid. As with the nose, it's very dull, showing very little depth of flavor be it berry, mint, malt or yeast.
