Draught at the brewery, 7/30/17.
Awesome-looking, light kir-like appearance, great carbonation and a small, pink-tinged head atop. Light haziness to it.
Tart fruits in the nose are fresh and authentic and share room nicely with biscuit and cracker-like notes from the wheat and malt. Not to starkly acidic/fruit tannin-filled, with ample honey-like character from the malt as well.
In the mouth it has a chewy wheat-like texture with tight carbonation and good attenuation. Fruit is both sweet and tart; very nicely done, leading to moderate, lightly puckering acidity on the finish. Great texture, no surplus of acidity yet still well-balanced, crisp and refreshing. Very nice stuff.
