[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Blue session. Red. Berries, funk aroma. Tart flavor with lots of berries, wood. Medium-bodied. Great.

(650ml bottle @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, May 24 2016) Pours nearly clear bright medium pink with a small whitish head and no lace. Aroma is fruity, tart and a bit acidic with raspberry, lacto, lemon juice, white wine with vinegar touches and a dry, dusty sort of funk in behind. Flavour is again raspberry forward and tart edging to sour, more acidic bite melding berries, lemon juice and slight vinegar, a fair amount of vinous white grape and apple with just a hint of funk. Medium bodied, fairly average carbonation, slightly effervescent. Fruit forward but with reasonable balance from the other components, and not pure lacto either. Nice summer refresher with interest,

On tap at CBC 2016. Pours an orange brown with light white head. Aromas of fruity funk and wood. Flavors of dry raspberries, green grapes and light wheat. Neat.

Keg at the beavertown 4th birthday. Nice hazed pink orange coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is tangy raspberry, sour, granny smith apple. Sour. Flavour is rich raspberry, tangy, citrus lemon. Palate is tangy, sour. High carbonation. Good.

Flaska drucken med ölföreningen 2016. Smak och doft av hallon, hallonkärnor, hallonsoda, jord, vinäger med toner av jordgubb och röda vinbär. Lätt syra, funkig, frisk, relativt torr, mycket gott!
