A hazy, golden, unfiltered IPA with an XXL dose of TWO dry-hop additions. This DDH Mosaic Bomb tastes like tangerines and clementines. A blast of flavor and smooth hop bite will rock your palate out of this world.

Pours a hazy, soft-toned, peachy-brass. Good-sized white head showing modest retention. Lots of crap in sediment. Figured I'd dump the whole thing in.
Smells mild, soft, round, clean. Typical nectarine and light pine with other yellow fruits show the good Mosaic qualities and I get no onion. No alcohol, resin or flaw. Sugars are well-attenuated and malts add only a touch of honey-biscuit. No big yeastiness (no bubble gum, only moderate fruity esters).
In the mouth it's juicy, soft and really round. Easy drinking with clean hop and yeast adding light nectarine, hints of bubble gum, light pine and grapefruit. Normally don't like pine and grapefruit, but it's about as soft as can be here. No resin and very low bitterness. I love this series and I love that it's not heavily yeasty or thick. Just well-done, late-boil hops, lots of em, with clean, well-attenuated malts. That's all you really need for a good IPA. At a month old, this doesn't have the hop intensity of the fresh draft samples I've had, obviously, but what it loses there, it mostly gains in cleanliness, roundness and softness from its rest.
