Draught at the brewery, 1/5/19.
Nice and hazy with a bronze-maize-golden color and fairly substantial, white head that slowly fades to cover.
Nose is a beautiful mix of very lightly pine-accented tangerine, meyer lemon and mango with good amount, but not overbearing, fruity, and bubble gum-forward yeast notes. No butter or any dough, nor heavy cracker, with lingering lemon, pineapple and light Galaxy spice. Not heavy on the white wine nor too much mineral, but there's nothing old/dirty/off about the hops either and they shine through the malt and yeast easily. No alcohol noted.
In the mouth it's very well-attenuated with a cracker-heavy malt character, yet softness and very light honey-like notes, as well. Juicy pineapple-lime-mango leads to lemon and light pine with more complex strawberry and light mineral. Very highly-attenuated with tight carbonation and no flaw, resin or alcohol. Excellent stuff, as their IPAs almost always are. My only complaint here is the rather short finish. The juiciness doesn't really stick/linger.
