Brilliant blueberry juice-colored violet-magenta, quite hazy despite its cold rest with a rapidly fleeting, dark beige, pink-flecked head.
Poignant, juicy, tart blueberry kicks things off as light lactic acidity sits in the background with a noticeable salinity and hints of spicy, floral coriander. Well-integrated fruit and lactose with no alcohol or flaw. Biscuit and cereal provide a good backbone from the malt.
In the mouth it's soft, wheat-heavy and full of juicy, spicy, tart blueberry and great attenuation. Tight carbonation and no noticeable lactose with cereal, biscuit and blueberry flavors dominating. Spicy and moderately tart finish with lip-smacking acidity from the blueberry and light honey-vanilla notes lingering. Very nice. No aggressiveness to the acidity but just enough to balance. Good dryness and carbonation with excellent expression of the blueberries.
