$3.40 bottle, WW. Pours hazy golden, lots of soft carbonation, small white head. Aroma is honey, yeast, light stone fruit, light gum. Flavor is yeast, honey, earth, gum, grasses, dried flowers, light pepper. Tingly in the mouth. Good.

750mL counter-pressure filled bottle, filled 12/22, drunk 12/29/18.
Pours a clear, marigold-to-brass with maize and hay hues and a large, white head showing modest retention.
Honey and white bread from the malt mix with biscuit and soft floral aromatics. Yeast is clean and shows no crude clove or bubble gum with nectarine, peach and a hint of lemon. Honey seems to be fully attenuated with low alcohol presence and good overall attenuation.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, medium-bodied with tight carbonation and rich honey-like malt notes. Just a hint of stickiness from the actual honey which lends earth, grass, peppery phenols and a touch of floral character, building complexity in this straightforward, but well-executed, clean BSA. No alcohol or flaw, nor crude/messy phenols/esters. Light yellow fruits, mildly spicy pepper notes and lingering biscuit, bread and honey-like malt.
