Draught at the brewery, 12/23/18.Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden with a fluffy white head showing moderate retention. Quite high for the style.Juicy hops and heavily fruity yeast notes combine with heavily biscuit/cracker-forward malts to give a very classic NE Pale ale impression. Clean and with plentiful tangerine, lemon, grapefruit and light lime zest and various spice from the Galaxy. Very aromatic with no resin or twang. No big pine nor any doughy yeast or alcohol.Juicy and soft in the mouth with plentiful hops, low bitterness, tons of citrus and spicy Galaxy notes. Lingering capsaicin-like character from the Galaxy. Picks up a bit of a twangy buttered papaya note towards the end that I didn't love and dries out extremely on the finish, exposing tons of cracker-like character, more than I'd prefer. Other than that, the attenuation is high, the carbonation tight and the hops juicy.
