Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: glossy copper/auburn color with a quarter finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace to leave some super subtle lace
Aroma: Bretty/sour tones rubbing with some lemon to orangey notes; subtle honey under that with some sweet wood with a light tart note to it; then some light malts further down in there
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine tart to sweet to sour quality; finishes leading with a combination of tart and sweet character
Texture: medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it; slight smoothness but also noticeable but nothing heavy tones of tart assertiveness
Overall: nicely done AWA I believe I would return to.

Draught at the brewery, 12/4/18.
Lightly hazy, slightly brassy-lemon-to-golden. White head atop is small but dense.
Soft and rich malts in the nose present honey with a light biscuit character behind it. Yellow fruits, light oak, some light-to-moderate tropical fruit-like Brett acidity and mild lactic acid all form a very easygoing, yet aromatic nose with plenty of softness and no heavy acidity or aggressive character. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's again soft and malty with a lactic, yogurt and citrus-rind heavy finish, yet still remaining in balance due to copious amounts of malt texture and moderate sweetness. Rich honey, white bread and biscuit never seem too sweet or thick, yet balance the lactic component nicely, while a plethora of yellow/tropical fruits dance about the palate. Light barrel tannin and very light oak with little other barrel character, low, tight carbonation and no alcohol or flaw.
