Draught at Canary Square, 11/10/18.
Lightly hazy, peach-apricot with a feeble ring of bubbles atop.
Wow, this is nicely aromatic! Especially given the crowded bar, cold temperature and shaker it was served in. Juicy yellow fruits with lush grass and mild citrus sit atop of honey-like base malts with no resin or scallion from the Mosaic. Bright and crisp and seemingly well-attenuated, with no strange yeast things going on. Almost like an ultra clean British golden ale with American dry hopping (kind of exactly what it is). No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's soft, malty and well-attenuated with low but engaging carbonation and tons of orange, light grapefruit, nectarine and juicy pineapple. Biscuit and cracker precede soft, lightly sweet honey notes with low but ample bitterness lingering and again no flaw or any strange notes from the yeast (as in, this isn't a NE IPA, yet is wonderfully-hopped like one). Fruity, soft, dry and malty with no aggressive edges. Lovely.

Pours murky deep gold into an English pint. White head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Mango and pineapple aromas. Soft with dry husky malt a hint of mango pith turning sharp and dry in the earthy citrus finish.
