Join us for a ride on the bandwagon, as Medusa releases its first Brut-style IPA, specifically brewed and fermented to finish with an effervescent, champagne-like dryness. Hop bitterness has been restrained in favor of a copious dry-hopping of Citra and Amarillo, bestowing a pleasant character of tropical fruit and flowery citrus.

Draught at Casa Verde, 10/12/18.
Deep peach-golden with a white head fading slowly to ring.
Nose is meaty champagne yeast with sweet dough, light pine, and soft apple and pear. Not super hoppy though lots of yellow fruit. No alcohol or flaw.
Soft, very fruity with a chewy texture and light yeast notes of pepper and apple. Good attenuation, with dough and biscuit and honey. No alcohol noted. Not intense on the champagne adpects but good and with no resin.
