Almost 4 years since someone rated. While moving into my new home enjoyed 4 pack. Cold crisp autumn day and moving stuff around paired nicely with this low abv toasty beverage. Tatses of toast, caramel, malt, some rootbeer. Nice mild creamy texture.

Pours deep mahogany into an English pint. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Dark caramel and mild smoke aromas. Dry with sweet dark caramel upfront turning to toasty pumpernickell in the lasting finish.

Pretty much what ClarkVV said. Pours a nice rich chestnut color from a can. Cola, pecan pie aroma, similar flavor. Pretty good beer.

Canned 9.17, drunk 10/12/18.
Clear, dark chestnut with burgundy highlights.  Small, dark beige head shows moderate retention.
Honey, cola, nuts, not too much dark malt. Smells clean, lightly fruity, low, herbal-tinged hops. Seems snappy and clean with a bit of molasses and toffee sweetness to add roundness and fullness.
Dry and clean with not overdone dark malts adding light coffee, caramel and strong hazelnut. Good carbonation and light bitterness keep it crisp on the finish. Fruity cola and light chocolate. Just a touch of sweet toffee.
