Lightly hazy, peachy gold. White head fades steadily to ring.
Pear, pear and more pear. As a man who LOVES pear, I really appreciate this champagne expression. It's like just beginning to ripen green pear with black pepper and a bit of honey. Not a ton of hops, light tropical and other yellow fruits. No alcohol or flaw.
In mouth, honey, white dough and tons of pepper and starfruit. Lovely bit of malt yet well-attenuated with champagne carbonation. Yellow fruits galore. Light but appropriate bitterness. Awesome stuff.
