Draught at the brewery, 10/6/18.
Soupy, lime-gold with a white head that fades quickly to a ring.
Fruity, juicy, bubble gum, mango and tangerine show a strong yeast and hop presence.
In the mouth, it's another of those NEIPAs that feels super juicy in the nose but comes out fruity and yeast, with tons of cracker and intense dryness in the mouth. Lemon and light pine pick up with no resin but a pinch of scallion. Seems pretty Mosaic-heavy. With warming it gets a bit softer and juicier but remains painfully dry. Just so little malt depth or sweetness, not that it needs much, being only 5.5%. Good floral and spice notes and gets better as it warms but still get a little scallion.
