Draught at the brewery, 9/15/18.
Lightly chill-hazed copper with a large, white head showing strong retention.
Fruity again, with a good mix of hop and yeast character. Cracker, nectarine, pineapple and lemon all are fairly aromatic, after it warms, but it's still not really approaching modern IPA levels. Though that's fine. It's clean and well-attenuated.
In mouth it's fruity, not quite juicy, though with lots of yellow fruits that are soft, round and flavorful. Lots of cracker though with a bit of soft honey and biscuit. Good carbonation and attenuation levels and super low bitterness. Both malt and hop really perk up with warming.
