Draught at the brewery, 9/15/18.
Chill-hazed, copper-peach. Dense, white head sits atop showing good retention.
Fruity, peachy hops and yeast esters are soft and round with no edge or resin and not-too-heavy on the grapefruit. Cracker-like malts behind suggest high attenuation. No alcohol or flaw.
Fruity in the mouth, mostly yeast-driven though with lemon and orange from the hops. Honey-like malts lead to a bit of caramel-like character, as well, but are quite attenuated. Very British, but not like the pseudo-British New England IPA yeast (no bubble gum or melon). Soft and fruity, clean, dry, Old School English pale with American hops. Yeast has light plastic and rubber, though not in a bad way somehow. Can see how this may turn buttery with age. But it's great right now.
