Cask at the brewery, 9/15/18. Couldn't get any information about this from the bartender, which is disappointing (that the brewers wouldn't inform the people selling the beer). No name or abv. I assume it must be pulled from secondary fermentation of their kolsch, though I suppose it could be from Sufragette too.
Cloudy/heavily hazy, obviously not even close to settled. Pale-golden with a white ring of bubbles atop.
Lots of grapefruit hop character with no resin. Lemon and fruity esters with cracker and biscuit lying on the finish. No diacetyl or other flaw.
Soft, fruity and very yeasty in the mouth, needing more time to settle/condition. Great hop character, though and it's hardly bothered by all of the yeast here. Good, lightly bitter grapefruit with soft, lightly malty, highly attenuated cracker and biscuit notes.
