Pale, glassy, mango skin and peach-golden. Off-white head atop is small and shows low retention.
Tart, lactic acidity and highly attenuated mango juice mixes reasonably-well in the nose on top of a sparse cracker and light wheat-like base. A touch of excess lactic acidity, it seems, but nothing problematic really. No alcohol or flaw. Very straightforward kettle sour.
In the mouth it's more of the same, as one expects of the "style". Tart-to-lightly acidic, with sparse, highly attenuated cracker malt and dry, attenuated mango notes. Some light "chewiness" as the beer warms and progresses and a zippy, engaging carbonation with no flaw or alcohol. Light, tart, drinkable and refreshing.
