Draught at the brewery, 8/17/18.
Very lightly cloudy, chill-haze-like clarity with a strong brass color and small, off-white head dispersing to bubbles quickly.
More ginger than pine, but the ginger is well-done, not overdone and integrated with the fruity pine notes. Dry, cracker malt behind it all transitions to light biscuit on the end, as more yellow fruit and gentle acidity gather, but don't overwhelm.
In the mouth it's light, watery, drinkable and spicy with moderate acidity, highly attenuated malts and light-to-moderate yellow fruits. Maybe a bit more malt depth here would help, as it's quite given to cracker, spice and acid. Low, somewhat engaging carbonation and no alcohol or flaw.

On tap at Earth Eagle, pours a hazy dull golden, no head. Nose brings out lots of earthy notes, with the pine pollen—or what I assume is the pollen—upfront, with a touch of ginger. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of pine and ginger. Fairly yeasty and earthy. It's alright.
