Draught at Freeport, 6/15/18.
Clear, light blonde with a bit of deeper brass. Small, thin, white head sits lightly at cover.
Leafy green, lightly spicy, lightly floral hops are modestly aromatic, clean and show moderate citrus (tangerine, lemon, orange rind) alongside light biscuity grains and a touch of sweet base malt. English yeast is light, adding playful fruitiness that complements the hops well but is otherwise not too apparent (no diacetyl here). No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's fairly soft, lightly sweet (white bread, dough, cookies) and moderately-to-lightly bitter (floral, herbs, light citrus). Medium-light body, but not thin or poorly malted, with moderate, engaging carbonation and no alcohol or flaw. Fairly bright and quite drinkable. Malts are a little sugary, but otherwise the hops are gentle but flavorful and aromatic and the beer is clean.
