Cask at GBBF 25. Clear gold. Frothy foamy translucent white head. Aroma has sour citrus and a hint of sweetness. Underlying corky malts. Citrusy..slightly resinous edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Bland.

Canned 5/17/18, drunk 6/12/18.
Clear, brass-golden, soft peachy-apricot hues throughout. White head sits at light cover.
Lemon-nectarine in the nose seems about par for the course as far as Mosaic goes. On one hand, it's not particularly lush, overly aromatic or super bright, but on the other, it's very free of scallion-garlic that is the so often the downfall of this hop. Grain and honey sit behind it, with the grain maybe coming off a bit raw and overly toasted/sourdough-like. Clean and malty with no weird yeast notes and a good dose of light, playful, yellow fruitiness.
Bitter in the mouth, to some degree, with honey, lemon, pepper, nectarine and soft orange flavors. Fairly soft and lightly sweet on the palate. Well balanced and quite good but for some soapy notes and bit of dirty hop character. Light pine resin on the finish, but nothing problematic. Great carbonation. Wow, this is shockingly well-done for this (from my experience) awful brewery (Great North).

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Hay and caramel aromas. Soft with hay and sourdough upfront turning to overripe pit fruit and citrus skin in the medium length finish.
