With Pebble we seek to express a different side to our mixed culture - one often overshadowed in favor of more bold, acid-producing components. Expressive Saison yeast drives a nuanced complexity while a gentle Amarillo dry hop lends a bit of brightness and life. Naturally carbonated in the can and presented in the spirit of subtlety and refreshment.

Can thanks to Jack! Pours a hazy very pale yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a note of lemon with some a bit of grass and light grains underlying. Flavor combines grass and lemon with a bit of hay and grains supporting.

Canned 3/23/22, drunk 5/23/22. Chill hazed brass. Small, white head, medium retention. Wow! Stunning brett nose with soft amarillo adding lime and lemon. Strong mineral, sparse, cracker malt, white and black pepper with various herbal notes and lots of lemongrass-elderflower. Soft, malty, dry, well-attenuated, with spicy and herbal phenols/esters. Tastes like herbs in this, with light pepper. Soft, malty, light honey and brett. Very nice stuff. Delicate and drinkable.
