Sweet, tropical fruit and bright citrus define this full size New England fruit bomb of an IPA. A generous percentage of oats and wheat lay the malt groundwork for massive additions of Galaxy and Citra hops in the kettle and in the dry hop.

On the nose you will be bombarded by a symphony of fruity aromatics. Juicy mango, grapefruit, mandarin, lemon-lime, peach, and pineapple will all tingle your senses and lift your spirits. The mouthfeel is so soft and smooth it will make you want to curl up and read a book.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Cloudy dark yellow-light brown with thin cap of head and nice lacing. Aroma is mild pineapple and coconut. Taste is strong tropical coconut, pineapple, citrus. Smooth, frothy, average carbonation. Good!

Draught at Peppercorn's, 4/22/22. Heavily hazy, bordering turbid, maize-golden with a small, firm, white head. Some pine from the Galaxy mixing with earthiness, hints of white wine, peach, orange and lemon. Sparse, biscuit/dough from the malt and moderate ester, including bubble gum, from the yeast add plentiful softness/fruitiness. In the mouth it's malty, well-attenuated. Lots of texture from the oats and wheats, but maybe not quite as much explosive hop juiciness/tropical fruit as I'd expect from this duo. Bit of excess acidity building up as the glass finishes, but no alcohol or flaw.
