Notre Maison is a rustic amber brown gruit-inspired wild ale with sage, thyme, and lemon balm and kettle soured with Whirligig's culture from Boule Bakery. This earthy beer is herbal, slightly smokey nose accented by a gentle lemon zest/rye bread tartness.

Brewery draught, 4/8/22. Ruby-strawberry with a rapidly fizzling, white head. Fresh herbal nose is pleasant and dotted with strong lactic notes as the bready/biscuity malts and high minerality linger on the finish. High attenuation and a light body with a high carbonation and strong lactic acidity. The herbs are done tastefully here and there's no flaw or alcohol. Good for what it is, but I don't care much for the kettle sour concept. Having this side-by-side with actual barrel-aged sours really puts in stark contrast how inferior these are, even just from a texture/body standpoint.
