Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: copper to dark orange color with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: starts with some black pepper and a touch of more of a crushed coriander tone then some honey with some wet hay scents then some orangey whiffs
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine semi-spicy to bitter sort of quality underscored by a little bit of the honey; finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning into being a sipper; some smoothness but also a touch of dryness
Overall: pretty good saison I believe I could come back to.

Bottled 6/24/21, drunk 3/18/22. Gushing, but good clarity in this bright brassy-copper liquid with a large, rapidly receding, white head. Spicy saison phenolics with black pepper, mineral, light honey and rustic grains. No hops, messy/unwanted esters/phenols or alcohol. Classic saison character in flavor with black pepper, light orange esters and soft mineral supported by rustic grains and a comforting light honey sweetness on the finish. Clean, well-done.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheet lacing. Sweet pear, peach and funk aromas. Crisp and sweet with hot honey upfront turning to sour peach before the lasting sweet pear and earthy funky honey finish.
