Draught, brewery, 3/12/22. Chill haze, thin white head, low retention. Nose is a beautifully soft, mineral rich and just a hint of lime Brett. Cellar and farm, wet wool and very soft honey and biscuit. Soft, very malty with a touch of fuzzy tartness and hints of lemon, pear and biscuit. Still crisp with added tartness on the end. Always love a Brett pils. Especially a dry, brett-forward, crisply finished one.
