Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity, is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.
With a hefty addition of mango and peach, our Daily Serving series takes a refreshingly tropical approach. Deep orange in color, with a heavy, glowing haze, mango smoothie is the first thing that comes to mind when the can is cracked. Waves of peach fruit juice, pineapple, and apricot appear on the palate. Medium-bodied, lightly sweet, and incredibly soft, Daily Serving: Mango & Peach is a vivid drinking experience throughout the entire glass.

Pours peach purée into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Mango and peach aromas. Tightly carbonated with tart mango and peach front to back. Lasting sour peach and mango skin finish. Nice.

Draught at Fenway, 2/18/22. Thick, turbid, heavily hazy, canteloupe-tan with a medium-sized, white head that steadily recedes to ring. Peach is prominent, with good strength to the nose and a good balance of fruit, malt and light lactic acid. As per the series, it's much more fruit and malt than sourness, but it's clean, juicy, fruity and the mango makes an appearance, increasingly with warming. Juicy, ultra-soft, almost creamy, with rich mango and peach, though more peach forward. Just enough acidity to keep it nicely balanced. Can taste the massive amount of fruit. Clean, balanced, juicy and intensely flavorful.

Draft at Trillium Brewing - Fenway. Poured a dark hazy orange color with a small, dense very slightly off-white head. Aroma was big peaches, with some sweet mango notes. Very juicy. I guess there's a bit of tartness here, but overall not all that tart, it's mostly that natural fruit tartness.
