Canned 10/21/21, drunk 12/7/21. Moderately hazy, tangerine-maize with a large, rocky, well-retained, white head. Floral, pine and grassy notes emanate from the mosaic and amarillo, while the citra help add a deeper and softer juiciness of tangerine, orange and lemon. Bare, cracker-like malts and hints of mineral and bubble gum from the yeast with no booze or twang. Soft and malty but very well-attenuated, with just touches of honey and mostly biscuity malts with juicy tangerine and pineapple balancing pine and bitter melon. It's not particularly bitter, nor resinous at all, and yet the complete lack of malt sweetness still makes me want just a touch more honey-like character. Otherwise, other than the moderately bubble gummy yeast, it's clean and lovely.
