On tap at Christian Firtal Swedish Tap Takeover. Hazy, very elegant pink/pale red with a small white head. Light raspberry aroma with a touch of yoghurt. Dry and tart flavour with raspberry. There are yoghurt/lacto notes, and a light metallic touch.

Draught @ C4, Odense. Pours deep hazy red with a pinkish head. Sour cherries, cherrie stones, raspberries, medicine cabinet, weak metal. Acetone is Burning my nostrils. Auch. Tart and dry and by miles better than the 8-10 Brekeriet ive had previously. Good funky and tart with that underlaying phenolic houseflavor which I didnt like. But drinkable.

Draught @ Taproom Malmö, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 21422. [ As Brekeriet Hallon ].Clear medium red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, raspberry, tart raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart raspberry. yeast. dry, tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160123]

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy pinkish red, small head. Citric raspberry aroma. Tart with distinct acidity, medium bodied with crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Mildly spritzy with some vinegar, plenty of tart raspberries. Some hay before a grapestone bitter finish. Excellent!

Bottle. Hazy pink/red liquid with small white head. Aroma of lemon, raspberries, apple skin, wood and light funk. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of raspberries, lemon and red apple. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice!

Tasted from the tap on the 05/03/2016 at the Barcelona Beer Festival. Pours red colour with white head. Sour fruity aroma and taste, with berries and strawberries. Light floral and dry finish. Next one please!

Bottle at Bishops Folkungagatan. Pours hazy pinkish red with lightly pinkish white head. Sourish raspberry aroma with yeast, wood and oak. Tart raspberry taste with lemon, yoghurt and dry wood. Slightly tart finish.

Draught @ Mig og Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus. Pours reddish golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, yeast, wood, tart berries. Flavor is light sour, malty, yeast, wood, raspberries. Medium body, soft carbonation, light acidic finish. 040316
