Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Hazy deep red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberries and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 030316

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, 6%. Hazy red with medium pinkish head. Aroma is malt, raspberries, baking yeast, sour and berries. Flavour is malt, raspberries, little baking yeast, berries, notes of phenols, little sweet, sour, little acid, citric, tart and medium dry.

Keg at the Beavertown 4th Birthday event. It pours hazy red – pink with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, sweet – sour, candied fruits, raspberry jam and Victoria sponge. The taste is crisp, juicy, tart, sour raspberry, Victoria sponge, tangy fruits, good acidity, sherbet, earth and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. All comes together rather well. A tasty raspberry sour.

On tap at Beavertown 4th birthday event. Hazy red pink pink white fruity as hell aroma. Bright fruity. Classy. Raspberrypippyness it’s lovely fruit.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a hazy red color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart raspberry aroma. Fruity sour tart raspberry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart raspberry finish.

Draught sample at Taproom, Malmö. Deep red colour with a thin, white head. Tart aroma with raspberries, fruits and yeasts. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes tart with raspberries. Lovely sour.

Tap@Taproom Malmö , Malmö - pours red with pink hued white head. Sour fruity aroma and taste, with fruity berry prominence, raspberries, berry skin, strawberry, light funky, light floral, tart on the palate, dry tart finish. Good stuff.
