Pours an opaque orange from a can. Aroma and flavor of overripe tropical fruit and peach. A little sweet, thick, brewed with lactose. Pretty good beer.

Moderately hazy, brilliant sunset-orange with a small, white head that quickly recedes to a ring.
Lightly juicy in the nose with marshmallow and tangelo quite prominent. Hint of acidity for balance but nicely restrained on any potential twang/resin. Lactose not very prominent, thank god. No alcohol noted. Malts seem well-attenuated and add a bit of honey and plentiful biscuit/cracker.
Didn't realize this had lactose in it when I ordered it and was very disappointed when I found out. But much to my surprise, it's very reasonable and only comes out as a bit of creaminess and light marshmallow-like character that seems fine in concert with the strong tangerine-mango character of the beer. Bitterness is restrained, per style, but still provides decent balance. Malts are well-attenuated and also provide a bit of biscuity dryness. No alcohol or flaw. Not my favorite style, but if you're committed to adding lactose to an IPA, this is a good roadmap.
