Lightly hazy, peach-tinted-golden with a small, white head showing moderately-low retention.
Strata gives the telltale peachiness in the nose, but it's not overbearing and there's plentiful bitterness to balance, which is a nice change of pace (more bitterness than your average NEIPA). Low malt character, or at least, low sweetness, adding light honey and cracker. No alcohol, flaw or twang.
Peachy and quite dry in the mouth with an abundance of bitterness on the finish and a good amount of orange and light mango. Pretty robust and kind of a hybrid between an NE and normal IPA. But no nasty pine/resin-like character and no alcohol or flaw. Soft texture and engaging carbonation with a medium body.
