Brewery draught, 12/1/22. Moderately hazy, peachy-bronze-maize. Small, near, well-retained, butter head. Dank spice, black pepper and soft bubble gum. Clean, not boozey or resinous. Estery and phenolic. Seems like a kveik or random Belgian yeast. So spicy, peppery, dry and yeasty. Not what I'm looking for in a hop style beer. But it's clean, otherwise (though astringent clove plagues the finish). Malty, high attenuation. More texture than sweetness. It's like they brewed their Trippel and tossed some American hops in.
