Panacea is our first porter and it was brewed with grain that was aged in a bourbon barrel. This beer pours a dark black and tastes of roasted malts and chocolate, but picks up some aromas from those specialty grains.

Brewery draught, 12/1/22. Ebony. Off-white head slowly to ring. Chocolate, vanilla, low sugar. Basic, but clean with good, fruity yeast. Roasty, very chocolatey, just the slightest hint of bourbon spice. Soft, malty, medium-bodied texture with good attenuation. Lingering vanilla and coffee.
