A single dose preparation is a vial of liquid medication intended for use in a single patient for a single injection and typically lacks a preservative. Our Singe Dose series will focus on showcasing the aroma profile of a single hop variety. Brewery draught, 12/1/22. Moderately hazy, brass-golden. Small, white head to ring. Nose is super juicy and fruity, which is nice for El Dorado which is usually heavy pine. Clean, malty, seems dry. Flavor is pretty wacky with crazy esters from yeast including bubble gum. Some maltiness up front but it thins out a bit too much on the finish. Bubble gum, juju fruits, tangerine and light pine bitterness. For as yeasty as it is, it's dry and has ample but not overdone bitterness.
