Brewery draught, 11/27/22. Lightly hazy, glowing honey-golden. Small, white head. Strong pepper from the yeast with a touch of citrusy honey. Biscuit and orange peel seem nicely dry and fruity. Clean. Soft, malty, peppery, very nicely balanced via phenolics. Honey, biscuit, white pepper and mild fruits. Lingering pepper and biscuit. Honey shows a great mix of residual sugar and fermentation. A little tartness here would go a long way, but this is still balanced.
