Our home state of Massachusetts offers a plethora of local orchards and we'd be remiss to not take advantage of the spoils. Daily Serving: Apple Cider presents a seasonal twist on our lineup of fruited tart offerings. Pouring a warm bronze color, prevalent aromas of bittersweet apple are complemented by subtle, nuanced notes of grilled pineapple, summer melon, baking spices, and a kiss of strawberry. Daily Serving: Apple Cider finishes well-balanced, with a touch of residual sweetness and soft acidity.

Cider or beer? Tastes like cider. Apple crumble for sure. Pours hazy golden with OK head. Finishes pretty sweet. Snally.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured dark, cider - like fresh cider not alcoholic cider - so a deeper, darker haze color, with a small head. Aroma was huge apple, and huge apple pie spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg. Flavor was really nice apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, fresh apple. Really, really nice. I thought this was a cider but it's apparently a berliner, and that's just mind blowing to me. One of my highlights at Snally this year.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this gold beer, decent bubbly whitish head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin malts still impart a decent creamy sweetness and that is important here. Sweet and sour apples dominate the back end, dominate nicely just like Svelta from.. oh never mind! Yeah the apple profile is juicy and fresh and could easily pass for a cider BUT the creamy malt profile grabs it by the collar and says 'whoo there boy, your still a beer'. Bright, fruity, different and very very drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 21/02/2025.
Hazed orange with a faint reddish glint and topped with an off white cap that soon thins to nyadda.
Nose is apple pulp, light pink berry fruit, damp cloth, straw, balsa wood.
Taste comprises cider lollies, water melon, herb, hedgerow, grass, citric zip, green berry must.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a balanced puckering edge.
Decent refresher.

Pours a hazy orange amber from a can. Apple aroma and flavor, not really sour or malty tasting. Pretty good “beer”.

Soooo sweet, in the best way. Tastes just like fresh pressed apple cider.

Fort Point draught, 10/25/22. Cloudy bronze. Off-white head steadily to cover. Lotta apple juice and light cinnamon. Some earth, vanilla and honey. Very sugar-forward ... Sweet and appley but without the resulting acidity one expects. Vanilla, sugar, papery apple peel. Where's the god damned acid???!
