Endurance NZ-Pils, a collaboration with @crosbyhops and @freestylehops. Dry-hopped with NZ-Motueka and Nelson, Endurance NZ-Pilsner is crackery with flakey biscuit malt character. Putting forth additional tasting notes of candy lemon, pinot white wine, and black pepper, this pilsner is 5% and the perfect balance to our other releases this weekend. Killer label art once again by @rossmurrayillustration.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to stange.
Appearance: orange/copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: earthy to grassy to subtle pine, light white grapes and some light lime sort of hoppiness; light clean cracker-like malt
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-zesty quality; finishes somewhat earthy to piney and subtle lime-ish
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also some zesty hop assertiveness
Overall: well, I liked it for me, I will say that but I guess I'm still trying to understand the New Zealand styled pilsner, I haven't had too many of those.

From a can watching Celtic ma just adding few more VT brews to tally tonight. Gold pour slight orange tinge and white head. Nose is herbal and biscuits. Tastes much the same with some citrusy lime and malt. Refreshing.

10/21/22. Mildly hazy, brass-bronze, small, white head. Smells...earthy...kinda astringent. Lime and pine. Cracker malt. Clean. I feel like something is going on with the Nelson harvest. Everybody's Nelson sucks across the board. This is no different. Astringent, pine, bread...nothing good here. It even ruins the well-done malt presentation.
