Brewery draught, 10/15/22. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, pale-golden-maize with a small, fairly well-retained, white head. Nose is maybe a touch spicy at first with just a shade of tropical fruit before succumbing to quite a bit of fresh scallion. Cracker/biscuit malt is supportive and there's no flaw or alcohol noted. In the mouth, it tastes like a beer brewed with scallion. If there's any Nelson here, I sure can't tell. Tastes like all Mosaic, unless the Nelson went bad and also created all of this scallion. It's a shame, too, as the beer itself is great. Malty and deep with great attenuation.

Flight pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is opaque dark yellow with finger width white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is moderately strong grape and light citrus. Taste is mild grape and citrus. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with smooth texture soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, aroma and taste could be a bit stronger. Not awesome Nelson but good.
