On tap at Tavern on the Square in Lowell.
Mostly clear deep gold color with a creamy white head that persists. Earthy grassy floral hop nose bready crackery malt and bits of astringency. Not horrible but some flaws.

Draft but in plastic cup to go on train home from city. Finally a new draft offered. Surprised I’ve never had. Darker looking pils. Cracker and malt aroma. Tatses of crackers, sourdough, touch of honey, soft fruits and malt. Chewy palate.

Dubliner draught, 10/6/22. Clear, brilliant maize-golden. Small head, but that's just a bad pour. Clean and hoppy, with great herbal-minerality. Hints of sourdough, with biscuit and honey. Very clean, with just a touch of tannin (I have no idea if that's actually what it is, but I get a touch of sour/astringent). Soft, malty, lightly sourdough-tinged breadiness. Herbal, pepper, light honey, great attenuation and maltiness. Clean, no flaw. I suspect this keg has been sitting here cold-aging for quite a while and it's phenomenal, as a result.

Pours a surprisingly deep orange from a can. Typical Saaz notes in the nose and mouth. Pretty good beer.

Pours slightly hazed gold into an English pint. Bright white micro head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Hay and sweet cracker aromas. Soft with hay, straw and mild sourdough front to back. Lasting earthy pine and pith finish.
